FLAT – RESIDENTIAL AREA OF SIENA

The extraordinary maintenance of this flat mainly involved changing the internal layout, specifically:

• Renovating the bathroom and kitchen tiling, choosing modern, light-coloured materials to accentuate the brightness and lightness of the space.
• The choice of the Italian herringbone parquet floor gave the room great sophistication and, together with the choice of light-coloured furniture elements, helped create a modern and functional atmosphere.
• The kitchen was completely repositioned inside the room, thus leaving ample room for the dining area, deliberately placed near a large window to give the room even more light.
• The bathroom was redesigned and realised while still creating that line of aesthetic continuity with the other rooms in the house. The strong lines of the modern wall-hung bathroom fittings harmonise perfectly with the elegant parquet flooring in the rest of the flat.
