Riqualificazione

Facciamo crescere il valore degli edifici urbani: ripariamo, ripristiniamo e risaniamo il costruito per portarlo verso una nuova vita. Gli interventi di riqualificazione sono condotti con soluzioni e materiali in armonia con l’identità originaria, con la nuova eventuale destinazione d’uso e con il contesto urbano o ambientale che circonda l’immobile già esistente. Una particolare attenzione è orientata all’efficientamento energetico per adeguare i sistemi impiantistici, eliminare le dispersioni e introdurre, dove possibile, sistemi per la produzione di energia da fonti rinnovabili.

Ristrutturazione

Siamo specializzati anche in interventi straordinari per modifiche alle parti strutturali dell’edificio come l’abbattimento di muri non portanti. La ristrutturazione può prevedere anche l’adeguamento degli impianti o la dotazione di nuovi impianti per migliorare le prestazioni energetiche e ottimizzare i costi.

Recupero
